Accessiblity Statement

At Mount Physio & Pilates, we want everyone in the Mount Maunganui community to be able to visit our clinics and use our website with ease. This statement sets out what we do to support access today, and where to get in touch if something isn't working for you.

Our clinics
We have two clinics in Mount Maunganui, and both are wheelchair accessible with onsite parking, including reserved disabled parking.

4 Dee Street, Mount Maunganui
Our clinic is on the ground floor, with a shared entrance alongside Dee Street Medical Centre. Once through the automatic doors, our reception is immediately on your right.

257 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui
Located within Mount Medical Centre in the heart of town, offering a one-stop location for your healthcare needs.
If you have any specific access requirements ahead of your appointment, whether that's related to mobility, hearing, vision or anything else, please let our team know when you book so we can make sure you're comfortable and well looked after.

Our website and online booking
We're working to make mountphysio.co.nz easy to use for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or other assistive technology. This includes clear headings, readable text and straightforward navigation throughout the site.
Appointments can be booked online through our Gensolve booking portal, a third-party system. If any part of the booking process is difficult to use, please contact us directly and we will book your appointment for you over the phone or by email.

PhysiApp
For patients following a prescribed exercise programme, we use PhysiApp, a free app with narrated, easy-to-follow exercise videos and built-in reminders. It's available on the App Store, Google Play, or directly through your browser. If you need a hand getting set up, our team is happy to walk you through it.

Ongoing improvement
Accessibility isn't something we tick off once. We review our clinics and website regularly, and welcome feedback whenever something could be made easier.

Get in touch
If you come across an accessibility barrier at either clinic or on our website, or have suggestions for how we can do better, please get in touch:
We'll do our best to respond promptly and find a solution that works for you.
