What to expect
Your first appointment lasts 60 minutes, and our aim is for you to leave feeling reassured and in control. We will talk through your symptoms, your lifestyle and what you would like to achieve. The physical assessment may look at how you breathe and how your spine and hips move. An internal examination is the most thorough way to assess pelvic floor function, but there is no obligation. We can do a great deal from an external assessment, or from conversation alone, and everything moves at your pace. You are very welcome to bring a chaperone.

Together we will create a treatment plan built around your goals, usually including breathing, pelvic floor and whole-body strengthening, alongside plenty of practical education to support you between sessions.
